Tammisuo is a historical location in Vyborg, which belonged to Finland until the mid-20th century. During the Finnish era it was the center of the brick industry, but now it is completely abandoned. This project this project aims to transform what was once a major industrial center into the center for intellectuals and creative youth, quiet community of future.
Tammisuo's proximity to Finland pushes the residents of the complex to cultural, intellectual and economic exchange. Residents are used to being open to new experiences and to new knowledge, which enables their path to achieve harmony with themselves and with nature. The neural urban planning model of Tammisuo development reflects its connection with nature and natural processes, as well as with intellectual activity and creativity, which constitute the basis of the life of the complex.
In Tammisuo, a person is surrounded by trees and green, his entire structure, based on a neural urban planning model, indicates his direct relationship with nature. There is a place for any person, regardless of whether he wants to live alone, with family, a group of colleagues or with his partner. The layouts of the residential units create optimal conditions for intellectual work and creativity. Everyone has every opportunity to unleash their potential, and everyone should bring something of their own into the life of the community and help it in something.
