The Lukomorye is located in the seaside town of Alushta. This is not just a cafe, but a huge multifunctional complex. It got name due to shape, reminiscent of the legendary oak with a golden chain near the Lukomorye from the work of A.S. Pushkin "Ruslan and Lyudmila". The complex is divided into 4 tiers. On the first tier there is a small village where the cafe owners live, real hereditary professionals in their field - chefs. The second tier, a large ring-shaped space, it performs the function of a food court. On the third tier there is a greenhouse, as well as areas of an experimental kitchen and a warehouse. The fourth tier is a school for future chefs, consisting of a lecture hall and a practical training area.
