Theme: redevelopment

The Debarkader is a wooden structure that was built in 1774 on the banks of the Kama River in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan. This structure was used for unloading ships and transporting goods to the shore using a special mechanism. The redevelopment does not alter the building itself, but adds mobile boat modules to it, which serve as a trade and entertainment complex. The interior space of the debarkader has been transformed into a multifunctional sanatorium.
