‘‘Metasoma’’ is fostering a deeper connection between urban residents and the recycling process.

The concept: the core concept of this project revolves around transparency and community engagement. The plant is enclosed by sleek, glass walls, providing an unobstructed view of its internal operations. This design choice serves as an educational tool, enabling residents to witness the transformation of waste into energy and other valuable resources. The transparent facade symbolizes open, honest, and environmentally responsible practices.

Increased Interest and Engagement: by allowing residents to observe waste processing in action, a healthy city aim to increase their interest and involvement in the recycling and waste-to-energy process. This firsthand exposure to the inner workings of the plant encourages a more responsible approach to waste disposal and resource conservation. This unique educational experience will lead to greater public participation in recycling efforts and a stronger sense of environmental responsibility.

Urban Integration: this waste-to-energy plant is not merely an industrial facility; it's a catalyst for urban transformation. Like mycelium spreading through the city, it gradually merges with the urban environment, turning into a city of its own. The integration community gardens further promotes the harmonious coexistence of industry and nature.
