The project of a scientific permacultural settlement for 2-2.5 thousand inhabitants on the territory of the Tunguska reserve "Kvazar". The village is located in the very center of the crater, which was formed after the fall of the Tunguska meteorite in 1908 on a sparsely populated area of the taiga in Central Siberia. The mystery of this phenomenon is solved by the inhabitants of the village, engaged in permaculture and scientific research in the field of the ecosystem of the area and communication with space. The land of their habitat is an untouchable living organism, the existence of which is being studied in an eco greenhouse throughout the village. All human life is raised above the ground so as not to violate the uniqueness of the soil - architectural structures and transport communications are erected on elevated foundation piles. The location of private houses translates Morse codes, and the kinetic roofs of residential buildings transmit messages to space through the Linkos language.
