Theme: district
The main idea of the project is the integration of urban farms into residential areas. This will provide residents with fresh vegetables and fruits. Urban farms are located in the buildings of the wellness complex, “green” cafe, the main residential building, the exhibition pavilion and the theatre. The heart of the district is a public space with shopping malls, exhibition spaces, where residents and visitors of the microdistrict can not only relax, but also get acquainted with the achievements of agronomists, purchase fresh products, take part in exhibitions and fairs.
