The project redefines the 8th workshop of the Dagdiesel plant, where naval weapons were manufactured and tested. The author proposes a new residential function to this place. So, it become a local hotel. The building resembles an architectural island floating in the ocean. Hotel is based on the modular structure, which makes it easy to adapt. The residential function of the hotel is concentrated inside the old building, and public spaces "overgrow" it like shells: a football field, a game room, a gym, a fishing area, terraces and reading rooms.
