Theme: blocked house

The name "Dinostat" may sound like "dinosaur" at first glance, but in fact it is a massive complex of block houses consisting of three systems.

The first system is individual cell houses that form an authoritarian and closed system. The residents use eco-friendly transportation and do not like guests.

The second system is a communication center where all residents of the complex can gather, go shopping, or simply spend time together.

And finally, the third system is family houses. In such courtyards, people will feel protected, as there will always be a "presence effect" with someone in the courtyard watching over it.

The main feature of the project is the courtyard system, where residents can read a book under a street lamp or take a walk in a large group. The proximity to the Kremlin will provide convenient infrastructure, as well as picturesque views of nature and historical monuments.
