The creation of a medical and recreation center on the site of an abandoned dam. As part of the project, it is proposed to transform an unused industrial area into a state-of-the-art medical and wellness center. This facility will provide a range of health enhancement and rejuvenation services. The aim of the project is to promote tourism in underdeveloped regions of Russia, strengthen cultural ties, and draw attention to the importance of preserving historical landmarks.
