In the presented project, public areas are an artificial landscape that runs through the entire structure of the district. In addition to performing their main functions, these zones link all living spaces together. As the main street, they allow you to get from anywhere in the neighborhood directly to its center. The Community Center is a multi-level square with observation decks, outdoor exhibition areas and pavilions.
