The author propose to create an arctic settlement. The project's idea is to divide a structure into two levels: upper and lower. The upper level is elevated above the ground with a frame and connected by galleries. There are living cells combined into districts. A district has a unique core for social interaction. The lower level serves as a platform for human-nature interaction.
The settlement is based on a modular structure. It allows you to create an architectural object anywhere.
