The concept of a residential complex draws inspiration from a game that combines various mosaic elements. Polygons connect the cells together, creating a customizable space around them.
The structure of residential complex can be modified by incorporating open spaces. Residents can socialize, unwind, and cultivate their own gardens and greenhouses here. The residential single-story buildings, located on either side of each high-rise building, provide additional space and enhance the public area, as if they are guarding it.
The first public floors are covered by a roof that surrounds the living blocks. It can be reached not only through the main parts of the complex, but also by climbing long flights of stairs. These stairs also create the impression of an enormous space. The center of the residential complex is the stadium, which is surrounded by recreation and sports areas.
