The project explores the power of human communication and the ideas behind multi-layered settlements.

One of the main issues associated with Layered Cities is the stratification of society into a privileged (upper) class and a poor (lower) class based on the floor they occupy within the settlement structure. To address this, it was decided to move away from pyramidal forms, which serve as natural boundaries between classes. It was important to provide residents with equal opportunities and benefits.

To achieve this, the settlement's form was designed to resemble a web. Each layer above the previous one rotates 60 degrees, providing comfortable sunlight access to the lower layers. Additionally, each floor is equipped with equal amenities that ensure the comfort of its residents.

The settlement has the potential for unlimited space expansion. Its spiderweb-like shape allows it to absorb lakes, ensuring self-sustainability and symbiotic relationships with other settlements.
