Theme: residential complex
The project explores the concepts of adaptability, variability, and human cooperation. At its core, architecture is seen as a living organism, a newcomer to an environment with its own rules. Architecture gradually adapts to meet its needs and fit into the environment.
Over time, citizens, such as polyps, attach themselves to this organism. They settle into the new structure and eventually start to shape it. Thanks to its shape, the organism can fit into urban areas, navigate around obstacles, and colonize difficult habitats such as aquatic environments or areas that are often flooded. The architectural object perceives and comprehends the necessary patterns within its forms. It then utilizes these patterns as a foundation for its development, resulting in a more comfortable and well-suited environment for living.
Two of the most striking features of this organism are:
Insulation apertures: These openings extend throughout the structure, providing comfortable living conditions for many inhabitants.
Open spaces on residential floors: These areas are designed for public use and encourage communication among residents.
