Theme: residential complex

Modern research shows that society is becoming more conscious. Psychotherapy is no longer taboo, trust in one's own perception increases, and questions of consciousness and the subconscious come to the fore. If earlier society was worried about global problems, sometimes forgetting to enjoy life, today people need a space that promotes internal development, while providing a comfortable distance between its members.

Society needs a space that symbolizes growth and mobility. The prototype of such a space is coral. Its permeable structure allows the flow of air and water to easily pass through it, while maintaining its own integrity. The dynamic growth of coral forms creates depth, thanks to which, immersing in space, a person also immerses himself.

In addition, the flow in nature varies depending on the height: at the bottom it is calmer, and on the surface it is turbulent. This principle can be used for the functional zoning of a residential complex, where the most active public functions are located at a height. These spatial principles allow us to create not only a flexible space that promotes growth and mental health, but also a complex ecosystem within the “coral” that enables harmonious symbiosis of the entire community.
